Dipped Apricots


Apricots dipped in chocolate are fun finger food for kids or parties.

Ingredients

  • Bag of dried apricots
  • Large bar of milk chocolate
  • A few sprigs of fresh mint
  • Cocktail sticks

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.
  2. Insert a small piece of chopped mint into each apricot.
  3. Put a cocktail stick through each apricot and carefully dip into the melted chocolate.
  4. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and cool until chocolate is set.
