Pecan Vanilla Ice Cream


Ice cream with a delicious coffee & nutty taste.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350F / 180C / Gas 4.
  2. Mix the icing sugar with the pecans on a baking tray and sprinkle with a little water to make a thickish paste.
  3. Bake in the oven for a few minutes or until toasted and caramelised.
  4. Scoop out the ice cream into 4 glasses or bowls.
  5. Top with the coffee and sprinkle over the whole pecans, then drizzle with a good glug of maple syrup.
