Make your own party nuts! It's cheap and easy and what's more, you can adjust the spiciness to suit your taste.

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180°C /gas Mark 4.
  2. Put the oil, Worcestershire sauce and spices into the roasting tin with the nuts and toss together.
  3. Roast for 10 minutes then stir and cook for a further 5 minutes until golden.
  4. Turn out onto kitchen paper to remove excess oil and serve sprinkled with sea salt.
