Hot Cross Bun Ice-cream

Ingredients

  • 2 hot cross buns – look for ones that have cinnamon
  • 100 ml good-quality vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Toast the hot cross buns until very crispy but not burned. Crumble into vanilla ice cream and gently mix through. Serve immediately.
