Method

  1. 1. Put the tomatoes in a large saucepan with the rest of the ingredients and cook down for about 45 minutes on a simmer until well reduced.
  2. 2. Simmer for an hour until reduced and allow to cool.
  3. 3. Strain through a sieve. Serve with chips.
