12 rashers streaky bacon
2 satsuma’s, broken into segments
12 bay leaves
12 chipolata sausages
Roll up streaky bacon rashers and skewer onto a cocktail sticks with satsuma segments, bay leaves and a chipolata sausage.
Roast alongside the turkey or roast potatoes for 20 minutes.
Shiraz, Merlot and Grenache are the best wines to pair with Satsuma and Bacon Skewers.
