Biscuits, lamb and hummus sound an unlikely trio, but it works!
Preheat oven to 180c. Toast the nuts and spices in a frying pan. In a blender, blitz the nuts and seeds with the digestive biscuits.
Spread some hummus onto the cooked lamb and top with the nut and spice mixture. Press down and roast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with vegetables of your choice.
