Mix all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and add the chicken breast strips. Allow to marinade for as long as possible.
Heat a griddle pan, cook the chicken strips until tender, for approximately 3 minutes depending on the size of the strips. During the cooking time, keep brushing the marinade onto the meat using a brush.
Serve the chicken as a starter with the honey-sweet sour sauce, sweet chilli dipping sauce and some salad leaves.
With the reserved marinade, heat a small pan and reduce until slightly thickened and serve as a dipping sauce. To make the sauce even thicker at this stage, add more running honey and a few squeezes of lime juice.
