Gravadlax open sandwich



  • 1.

    Slice the ciabatta lengthways. Rub with olive oil and place under a hot grill until brown.

  • 2.

    Place a tsp of mascapone cheese onto the bread. Place two slices of gravad lax onto the bread.

  • 3.

    Top with rocket and drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper.
