250g cold turkey, shredded
1 small red cabbage, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 bunch of flat leaf parsley
To make the cold turkey salad, finely shred the red cabbage. Mix in the lemon juice and mayonnaise to taste.
Mix together with the turkey and cabbage and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sparkling Reds are the best wines to pair with Cold turkey salad.
