Orange pancakes with chocolate cream sauce


Choc-o-holics will adore this decadent dessert.

Method

  1. For the pancakes, make the batter with the eggs, milk and flour. Whisk, add the butter and orange zest. Make 3 pancakes per person.
  2. For the sauce, whip the cream and then boil it. Pour it over the chocolate pieces then add the butter.
  3. Melt the chocolate for the filling then add the whipped cream.
  4. Place a pancake on a plate in an 8” ring. Layer with orange segments and some chocolate cream then a pancake then repeat until all the pancakes have been used up.
  5. Grate chocolate over the top then serve with the chocolate sauce.
