2 tbsp peanut butter
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
1 handful salted peanuts
Warm the peanut butter in the microwave until it is runny. Fold it through the vanilla ice-cream and sprinkle the nuts on top.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are the best wines to pair with Peanut Butter Ice Cream.
