Watermelon Granita With Chocolate


Method

  1. Remove skin from watermelon and chop into chunks.
  2. Sift watermelon and place resulting juice in freezer for at least four hours.
  3. Every hour, skim flakes off the surface and collect in cocktail glasses.
  4. Store in freezer until sufficient flakes have been gathered.
  5. Serve with grated chocolate on top.
