Watermelon Granita With Chocolate

  • 1.

    Remove skin from watermelon and chop into chunks.

  • 2.

    Sift watermelon and place resulting juice in freezer for at least four hours.

  • 3.

    Every hour, skim flakes off the surface and collect in cocktail glasses.

  • 4.

    Store in freezer until sufficient flakes have been gathered.

  • 5.

    Serve with grated chocolate on top.
