Snow ball ice cream

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 litre good quality vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp Advocaat
  • Handful of roughly chopped white chocolate Maltesers.

Method

  1. Allow the vanilla ice cream to soften then mix in the Advocaat and the Maltesers.  Chill and serve.
