  • 35cl Golden rum

  • 25cl Passoa liqueur

  • 75cl pineapple juice

  • 75cl pink grapefruit juice

  • 5cl lemon juice

  • 4 tablespoons of caster sugar

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • wedge of pineapple

  • few sprigs fresh mint


  • 1.

    Sprinkle the sugar in the punch bowl. Add each liquid ingredient one by one, starting with the juices and ending with the spirits.

  • 2.

    Stir the mixture well to ensure all of the sugar is dissolved. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before the guests arrive.

  • 3.

    Take it out, add the orange, strawberries and mint. Add ice as guests arrive. Serve.
