A classic Indian dessert, full of sweetness and spice.
220g (8 oz) natural unsalted cottage cheese, drained
150g (5 oz) orange segments, skinned and chopped
5 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (less or more to taste)
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
Gently fold the ingredients together and serve in stemmed glasses.
Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir are the best wines to pair with Cottage Cheese and Orange Medley.
