I looove Bills recipes, however, I much prefer my lobster fresh, salty, sweet & naked. My husband is from WA & he simply loves his lobsters (crays) & crab meat accompanied with herbs & flavoured mayo on fresh, fresh white bread. I certainly would't say no to the above though if it was offered.
