A delicious Turkish pastry offering a sensational combination of fruit, cheese and figs - glorious at this time of year and served with a warm honey chilli syrup.
Using a hot wet knife cut the goat’s cheese in half lengthwise, and slice these across into thin half moons. Slice the figs.
Lay a sheet of pastry on an oven tray. Cut it into a 6x4 inch rectangle. Drizzle with olive oil, and layer with slices of figs and goats’ cheese. Lay some more filo over the top and repeat this process three times. Cook at 180c for 15-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
To make the honey chilli syrup:
Using a pestle and mortar, grind the chilli to a paste. Add the honey, lime juice, olive oil and seasoning. Mix well. Drizzle the honey chilli syrup over the Burek, and enjoy.

Hi, I'm a newbie here, went through few discussions regarding beauty and it was all useful for me. I'm a beauty conscious and getting a flawless skin is always been in my bucket list. Sure I will be the only person who have tried almost all natural remedies for getting a beautiful skin. Recently I read out a blog saying the chocolate benefits for a good healthy skin http://www.giddyyoyo.com/dark-chocolate-benefits-skin/ . I haven't tried using chocolates yet. Has anyone used it? Is it really good for skin?
