A deliciously creamy mousse inside a crunchy meringue - a perfect after-lunch pudding that's ready in minutes.
Blend together the mascarpone, cream cheese, caster sugar, lime zest to give a smooth paste. Add the lime juice, double cream and yogurt and blend again to incorporate. Crush the meringue nests and fold into the mascarpone mix. Line a glass with blackberries and spoon the mousse mixture into the moulds, finish with lime zest shavings
