Poached Peaches with Amaretto Biscuit


Serves 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut peaches in half, remove the stones.
  2. Blend amaretto biscuits until they resemble breadcrumbs. Add egg yolk, semi-whipped cream and combine.
  3. Fill the peaches with the mixture.
  4. Place in saucepan with a little white wine and sugar and cover.
  5. Bake in oven until done.
  6. Remove the peaches and reduce the liquid by 1/3.
  7. To serve, place the peaches on plate and drizzle with syryp.
  8. Finish with whipped cream.

    I think pears and peaches are different fruit. Well they were when I last looked at them. So I expected a recipe for pears!!!! Sorry, but I am grumpy this morning
