Poached Peaches with Amaretto Biscuit



  • 1.

    Cut peaches in half, remove the stones.

  • 2.

    Blend amaretto biscuits until they resemble breadcrumbs. Add egg yolk, semi-whipped cream and combine.

  • 3.

    Fill the peaches with the mixture.

  • 4.

    Place in saucepan with a little white wine and sugar and cover.

  • 5.

    Bake in oven until done.

  • 6.

    Remove the peaches and reduce the liquid by 1/3.

  • 7.

    To serve, place the peaches on plate and drizzle with syryp.

  • 8.

    Finish with whipped cream.
