Reduce the port by just over half with half of the honey. Smear the rest of the honey and half of the butter over the green figs and bake for 6 minutes. Sauté the black figs in the remaining butter for about 1 minute. Pour over the port and honey, add the blackcurrants and bring back to the boil. Add the blackberries and set aside.
Serve the roasted figs surrounded by the black figs, cover with the berries, currants and port syrup, spoon over the dulce de leche and serve.
