A meltingly-good pudding. Serve with good quality vanilla ice-cream.
Melt together the butter and chocolate over a Bain Marie. Whisk together the sugar and eggs. Add chocolate mix to the eggs, and then fold in the sieved flour. Pipe into a double buttered and cocoa dusted mould. Bake at 200c for 5-6 minutes. Turn out of mould and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
