Not good after eating it the after taste of the mustard really spoils it. I would not add the egg put fish stock in the sauce & prawns & salmon with the haddock & no cheese ... butter in the mash would be much better ...... Irene g

Absolutely gorgeous! The mustard and cheese adds a different dimension and warm taste. The fish kept its shape and loved the hard boiled eggs. Think I will put an extra one in next time. Served it with broccoli and sweet corn. One of my best meals. Spurned me on to do more home baking. Thankyou Mary.......Kate x.
