Easy Eastern salmon with an abundance of interesting flavours.
Blend the lychee to form a pulp.
Fold through the tequila to make a dressing.
Mix together the chilli, garlic, lime juice, olive oil and coriander stalks.
Mix with the lychee tequila pulp, spread over the sliced salmon and serve with a sprig of coriander and a wedge of lime.
