Meva Lassi - fruit and nut lassi


Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 150g (5oz) any tropical fruit such as mango, guava or banana, peeled and prepared
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) mixed nuts
  • 300g (10oz) natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

Method

  1. Put everything except the rose water in to a blender and whizz until smooth. If you cannot get all the nut pieces to grind down, just leave them in and enjoy the crunch in the finished drink.
  2. Dilute with a little water, drizzle in the rose water and serve immediately in a long glass.
