Cheese, Ham and Tomato Pastries


Serves 2

Ingredients

  • Ready rolled puff pastry
  • Jar of tomato sauce
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 150g / 5oz grated cheese (edam / gouda / gruyere or emmenthal)

Method

  1. Cut ready rolled puff pastry into 4 and spread with some tomato sauce.
  2. Lay over some sliced ham and sliced or grated cheese (such as Edam, Gouda, gruyere, emmenthal).
  3. Fold over and seal the edges
  4. Brush with oil and scatter a little more cheese over the top.
  5. Bake until golden.
