Purple Sprouting Broccoli Dip with Pitta Crisps


Ingredients

Method

For the Dip

  1. Steam the broccoli for 5 -6 minutes or until tender.
  2. Refresh in cold water.
  3. Place in a processor along with the other ingredients and blend to a puree.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.

For the Pitta Crisps

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C
  2. Slice the pittas in half, then into triangles.
  3. Brush with olive oil and place onto a baking tray.
  4. Place in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
