Creamy Chicken Croissants

This creamy curried chicken croissant makes a quick, easy supper and is a good way to use up left-over chicken and stale croissants.

    Heat the cream in a saucepan and add a teaspoon of mild curry powder (or more if you like). Season and add the lemon juice and chicken. Split the croissants in half and pile the mixture inside. Top with the grated cheese and blast in a hot oven to heat through and melt the cheese.
