Over the last 50 odd years, the pizza has undergone several incarnations, but in recent times - the once staple junk food has transformed into a meal fit for the most designer restaurants.
On top of your base add :Chopped tomatoes, Buffalo milk mozzarella, Fresh basil leaves, Olive oil and Sea salt.
Then pour over some pureed tomato (that you have pureed yourself from nothing more than just tomatoes).
Depending on the heat of your oven, cook until the base is crispy.
