I tried to find more information about the leg ham...is it pre-cooked? Smoked? Dry cured? Here at the other part of the earth it is not obvious but I would love to impress with this my family for easter. Please help!

it tasted fantastic! However i am not a fan of all the fat you have to eat in order to taste the glaze. Next time i will be cutting all the fat off and trying that out.
