Perfect Chicken Gravy


Method

  1. Roast the chicken with the celery, carrot, bay leaf, thyme, garlic and onion arranged around it in the baking tray.
  2. When the chicken is finished, take the juices and add a little white wine and chicken stock.
  3. Use corn flour to thicken it up. Strain into a jug before serving.
