These rice paper rolls make a fresh, satisfying and very simple lunch.


  • 8 sheets Rice Paper

  • 2 tablespoons Chilli's jam

  • Vermicelli rice noodles

  • Steamed Pork

  • Thai Basil

  • Coriander

  • finely chopped carrot

  • finely chopped Cucumber

  • snow pea shoot sprouts


  • 1.

    Soak the rice paper in boiled water for a few seconds to soften.

  • 2.

    Place on a dry clean surface and place a small amount of the fillings in the bottom. Then fold the left hand edge in followed by the bottom and right sides, then roll it up.
