5 tbsp amaretto liquor
200g/7oz strawberries, halved
200g/7oz melon, cubed
mint, to garnish (optional)
Soak all the fruit in the amaretto for at least 1 hour.
Serve the fruit in a glass and spoon over a bit of the amaretto used to marinate the fruit in.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Sparkling Whites, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the best wines to pair with Fruit Salad.
