This is the ultimate store-cupboard supper, and very tasty it is too! Serve it with fish or meat, or alone with some warm grilled naan bread or pitta.

Serve hot as an accompaniment to a piece of fried or grilled fish such as cod, haddock or salmon, or eat simply as it is.
