Even busy people can find time to make this delicious low-fat protein-rich smoothie. Try it for breakfast.
175g silken tofu, drained
100ml oat milk
Small handful of toasted oats
2 tbsp honey
Cracked ice, to serve
Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser and whiz until smooth.
Pour into an ice-filled glass and serve.
Sparkling Whites, Dessert Wines and Pinot Noir are the best wines to pair with Tofu and Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie.
