This ready-in-a-flash pork stir-fry makes a fantastic midweek supper. To vary it, try using duck or chicken in place of pork.
Heat oil in a wok. Fry off the pork. Add shallots, ginger, chilli, garlic, sugar, salt, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, beans, and lemon juice.
Stir and reduce, and serve.
