Sweat off the onions, garlic and ginger. In a bowl mix together the chicken mince, spring onions, five spice, the sweated onions, garlic and ginger.
Bind the mixture with an egg and shape into patties. Lightly dust the patties with flour and fry off in a little vegetable oil until golden. Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette and set aside. Cut the white bread into rounds and griddle on each side. Build up your burger to your tastes adding a dollop of mango chutney.
