Make these easy canapes in minutes. Great for kids' parties.

Serves 2

Ingredients

3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 ripe vine tomato chopped and deseeded but not skinned
2 spring onions
50g grated cheese
bread, which when toasted is easy to cut with a cutter

Method

Mix the tomatoes and chopped spring onion together. Fold in the mayonnaise and then the cheddar. Spread onto toast and grill. Cut out with a baby cutter and serve with a few chopped spring onions.
