Cardinal Granita


A very elegant and easy summer dessert. Spoon into cocktail glasses and decorate with a sprig of mint.

Serves 2 to 3

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together then pour into a plastic container with a lid.
  2. Put in the freezer and stir with a fork every 2 – 2 ½ hrs to break up the crystals.
  3. The granita will be ready in about 8 - 10 hours.
  4. Spoon into chilled martini glasses and finish with a leaf of mint.
