I COULD NOT COOK TO SAVE MY LIFE BUT I MADE THIS PUDDING AND IT WAS PERRRFECT!!!! I AM SO PROUD. WILL DEFINATELY BE COOKING THIS NEXT TIME WE HAVE VISITORS FOR DINNER. THANKS BILL

I made this last night, but it didn't turn out like it looks in the photo.. the surface was cracked, should it be so ?? and should i take it out from the oven when the surface dries or no?? cz the center didn't dry, but i took it out anyways, cz it stayed like almost 35minutes in the oven and still top center was still wet.. I took a photo, i'll see if i can post it here so you'll see and comment PLEAAASE..
