  • 10 Desiree potatoes (600grms)

  • 100gms butter

  • 300mls milk


  • 1.

    Wash the potatoes, cook the potatoes (in their skins) in cold water and add salt.

  • 2.

    Peel potatoes when they are cooked through. Pass them in a moulis.

  • 3.

    Dry the potatoes in the saucepan, add butter and milk mix together and then serve

Ordered the Paris Mash in his restaurant just because I remembered him making it on Short Orders. It really was delicious :)
