BBQ Asian Chicken

  • 6 chicken thighs

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • cracked pepper

  • 2 tablespoons honey


  • 1.

    Mix all marinade ingrediants together with chicken and allow to marinade for a least two hours.

  • 2.

    Cook on a medium hot BBQ & serve. It is that simple & wait till you taste it! Serve with a crisp green salad & a glass of Sauv Blanc...yum!
