Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4-5 chicken thighs chopped roughly
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 tablespoons moroccan seasoning
  • White wine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Method

  1. Fry onion in a little olive oil.
  2. Add chicken to brown.
  3. Add garlic and seasoning, fry off for 1 minute.
  4. Deglaze with wine.
  5. Add evaporated milk and allow to simmer for 15 mins or until ready to serve.
  6. Add raisins and nuts before serving.
  7. Serve with cous cous tossed with a little butter and chopped parsley.
  8. Enjoy with the rest of the wine you deglazed with!!
