4 tablespoons caramelised Balsamic vinegar
1 punnet Cherry Tomato
.5 cup crushed Pistachio
Cut watermelon into edible chunks, BBQ till grill marks appear on the melon.
Move to a serving bowl and sprinkle with cherry tomatoes, nuts and balsamic vinegar.
Sparkling Whites, Dessert Wines and Pinot Gris are the best wines to pair with Watermelon Salad.
