Antipasto Tart

Makes 12


  • 2 sheets Puff pastries

  • 250 g antipasto mix

  • 3 Eggs

  • 300 ml Sour Cream


  • 1.

    Use a large cup to cut 12 circles into your puff pastry sheets.

  • 2.

    Line a Tupperware muffin tray with the cut pastry (these don’t require greasing).

  • 3.

    Divide the antipasto mix between each.

  • 4.

    Lightly whisk eggs, add sour cream, season with sea salt and pepper.

  • 5.

    Pour over tarts and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
