2 Avocados peeled and deseeded
1 cup chopped Spanish Onion
1 cup chopped Tomato
.5 cup chopped Coriander
Mash avocado until smooth, add tomato, onion and coriander and serve!
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc are the best wines to pair with Avocado Salsa.
