Vegetarian Stir Fry


Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat pan on high. Add onion and cook for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add carrot, mushroom and corn, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add bean sprouts and baby spinach and continue cooking for about 30 seconds until spinach begins to wilt. Stir in sauce and after a few minutes, add cubed tofu.
  4. Serve once tofu is heated through.
