Vegetarian Stir Fry


  • 3 cups of preferred vegetables capsicum, snow peas, baby corn, onion, carrot, bean sprouts, baby spinach, mushrooms etc

  • 1 Block Tofu cubed and marinated in sweet chilli, hoisin and soy sauce


  • 1.

    Heat pan on high. Add onion and cook for about 30 seconds.

  • 2.

    Add carrot, mushroom and corn, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  • 3.

    Add bean sprouts and baby spinach and continue cooking for about 30 seconds until spinach begins to wilt. Stir in sauce and after a few minutes, add cubed tofu.

  • 4.

    Serve once tofu is heated through.
