Figlicious are the way the best figs and are about $1.50 - $2 each. Norton Street Grocer has them at the moment.

I made this with poor quality figs, cheap gorgonzola & too thick prosciutto but it still turned out pretty good. The creamy sauce is yummy. I would love to have this in his restaurant with better quality ingredients (figs & proscuitto are just too expensive for me to get the best avaliable, plus I don't think my local fruit shop would ever stock top quality restaurant figs!!!).
