Chrissie's Caramel Tart


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet sweet short crust pastry
  • 400 g can nestle top n fill caramel
  • 1 cup thickened cream whipped
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Grease pie dish with butter and line with sheet of pastry.
  3. Place in oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Pour caramel into pastry shell.
  5. Spoon over thickened whipped cream generously…as easy as 1,2,3!
