Ingredients

  • 6 oysters
  • ¼ teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/3 cup champagne
  • ¼ teaspoon mint chopped

Method

  1. Place washed oysters on serving plate.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over oysters.
  3. Serve immediately.
